New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I work with individuals, adults, and families navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. Together, we will explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build practical strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This initial session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I feel like the right fit for your needs. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will begin identifying goals and discussing a plan tailored to your unique situation.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused techniques, and attachment-informed practices to help clients build insight, practical coping skills, and healthier relational patterns. Clients often appreciate my warm, collaborative style and my focus on creating a supportive space where they feel heard and understood. I help individuals, adults, and families move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to gaining clarity, confidence, and tangible strategies for meaningful change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or navigating significant life transitions. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, relationship stress, difficulty setting boundaries, or challenges with self-esteem and emotional regulation. I work well with clients who are motivated for growth and open to exploring patterns in their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Whether you are seeking practical coping tools, deeper insight, or support through a stressful season of life, I provide a structured yet compassionate space to help you move toward meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary treatment modality in my practice. CBT allows me to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I often work with women navigating life transitions, including postpartum adjustment and motherhood, and use CBT to help them build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier self-talk. I integrate mindfulness and grounding techniques within a CBT framework to support clients in becoming more aware of their internal experiences while learning tools to manage distress in the moment. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to meet clients where they are.
Attachment-based
I incorporate an attachment-based approach in my practice to help clients understand how early relational experiences shape their current relationships, self-worth, and emotional responses. I work with clients to explore patterns such as people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling emotionally disconnected. By increasing awareness of attachment styles and relational dynamics, clients can begin to develop more secure, healthy connections with themselves and others. In my work with women navigating motherhood, postpartum transitions, and relationship stress, an attachment lens helps us examine how past experiences influence present caregiving roles, partnership dynamics, and emotional regulation. My goal is to provide a safe, attuned therapeutic space where clients can build insight, strengthen secure attachment patterns, and foster lasting relational change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify strengths, build on existing resources, and create practical steps toward meaningful change. This approach emphasizes collaboration and forward movement, focusing on what is working rather than remaining stuck in the problem. Together, we clarify goals, identify small achievable shifts, and reinforce clients’ resilience and capacity for growth. In my work with women navigating life transitions, postpartum adjustment, and relationship stress, I use solution-focused techniques to reduce overwhelm, strengthen coping strategies, and increase confidence in their ability to manage challenges. This approach empowers clients to recognize their progress, develop actionable strategies, and experience change in tangible, realistic ways.
