Hello, my name is Leslie Laughlin and I am here to help you exhale, heal and repair. I use a combination of practices to help identify goals and move then needle towards wellness. I have many years of practice treating Substance Use Disorders, trauma and anxiety. I have an empathic approach to depression, self-harming and suicidal thoughts.

Brainspotting is a low-risk tool that treats intense emotions and trauma. This tool allows the client to choose how move through their trauma and no recounting of specific traumatic details is needed to be effective.
Using the breath, guided meditation and present moment relaxation helps the body repair and regenerate.
