Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

For clients with OCD and anxiety-related concerns, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to gradually reduce compulsions and help them face intrusive thoughts with greater confidence and resilience.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Therapy is woven throughout my work to help you cultivate present-moment awareness, manage emotional reactivity, and reduce patterns of worry and rumination.

Psychoeducation
