Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a therapist, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can show up just as you are. I believe healing happens in connection, and my goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood as we navigate life’s challenges together. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and draw from evidence-based approaches in my practice. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, parenting stress, or life transitions, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I especially enjoy supporting clients through times of growth and change, helping them develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping tools, and stronger relationships. In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can reconnect with your strengths, find relief, and move forward with more confidence and clarity. You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session will ideally feel like a welcoming and supportive space designed to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll begin by getting to know each other—what brings you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and any questions or concerns you may have. This is your time, and there’s no pressure to say everything at once. We move at your pace. We’ll talk about your current struggles, important relationships, and any past experiences that might help us understand the full picture. You might share what’s been feeling heavy lately or what’s getting in the way of how you want to feel or live. I may ask questions to learn more about your goals, emotions, and history, but the focus is always on creating a safe, judgment-free environment. We’ll also go over practical details like confidentiality, scheduling, and how therapy works, so you know what to expect moving forward. By the end of the session, we’ll begin shaping a plan together—whether that’s managing stress, improving relationships, processing past experiences, or gaining tools to feel more confident and grounded. Most importantly, the first session is about building trust and connection. You don’t have to come in with a clear goal or perfect words. Just showing up is enough, and we’ll take it from there—together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a Grow therapist include creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I bring deep empathy, active listening, and a calm, grounded presence to every session. I tailor my approach to each individual or family's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while staying flexible and collaborative. I’m especially skilled at helping clients feel seen and understood, even when they’re unsure of where to begin. Whether we’re working through anxiety, relationship dynamics, parenting stress, or life transitions, I bring patience, insight, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their inner world with openness and curiosity. They may not have all the answers, but they’re willing to take the first step toward growth, healing, and self-understanding. Whether they’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a major life transition, working through relationship or family challenges, or simply feeling stuck, they are seeking support and a safe space to sort through it all. I especially enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who value connection and are motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives. My ideal client may be a parent trying to better understand their child, a partner looking to strengthen their relationship, or someone trying to manage stress and find more balance in daily life. They might be navigating grief, trauma, or the weight of unspoken emotions—and they’re looking for someone to walk beside them with compassion and clarity. Above all, my ideal client is human—imperfect, resilient, and capable of change. They don’t need to have it all figured out; they just need to be willing to show up, engage in the process, and take steps toward the life they want. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and supportive, and together we create a space where growth feels possible.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

In therapy sessions, attachment-based treatment is used to explore a client’s early relationships and how these experiences influence current emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I aim to create a secure, empathetic environment to help the client feel safe enough to express vulnerable emotions. Through this connection, clients begin to recognize and shift maladaptive attachment patterns, develop healthier ways of relating to others, and build emotional resilience.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

In therapy sessions, both the child and parent participate together to strengthen their bond and support emotional healing. I endeavor to help the parent understand the child's behaviors through a trauma-informed lens and guide them in responding with sensitivity and support. We aim to improve the child's sense of safety and emotional regulation by enhancing the parent-child relationship.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In therapy sessions, clients learn to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic thoughts. I often include practicing new coping strategies and completing exercises between sessions to reinforce progress with my clients.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and relationships within the family system. I work with multiple family members to explore patterns of interaction, resolve conflicts, and support healthier dynamics. It helps each person feel heard and encourages collaboration to address shared concerns. Family therapy can be especially helpful during times of transition, stress, or when one member is experiencing mental health challenges that affect the whole family.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy supports partners in strengthening their relationship by improving communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust. In sessions, I try to help both individuals express their needs and emotions in a safe, constructive space. We learn tools to navigate disagreements, deepen emotional connection, and work toward shared goals. This approach can be helpful during times of stress, disconnection, or major life changes.
