I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with fourteen years of experience in the mental health field. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward healthier patterns of relating. I am deeply committed to helping my clients develop a clearer understanding of their emotional world, recognize the roots of their reactions, and build practical skills to cope with the situations that life inevitably brings. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
During our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and begin building the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship. I will ask about the concerns that brought you to therapy, the symptoms you may be experiencing, and the goals you hope to achieve. We will also discuss your expectations for the therapeutic process and what you need from me as your therapist. This collaborative approach helps ensure that our work together is tailored to your unique needs and supports your growth from the very beginning.
