(she/her)
I’m a licensed therapist (LMFT, LPCC) who helps high-achieving adults move from overwhelmed and stuck to grounded and aligned. I bring a calm, relational presence to therapy and specialize in navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and identity-related transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally attuned, and collaborative—with space for integrating faith when it’s meaningful to the client and supportive of their growth.
Our first session is about building connection, clarity, and comfort. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, what feels most urgent or important, and what you’re hoping to shift or experience through therapy. I take time to understand your story, patterns, and strengths—not just your symptoms. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, whether with insight or confusion, words or tears, spiritual questions or silence. We’ll also review any logistics and clarify next steps, so you leave with a sense of direction. My hope is that you feel heard, safe, and gently challenged—in the way that opens space for real change.
Clients have expressed feeling both deeply understood and gently challenged in our work together. I bring presence, warmth, and insight—and help you connect the dots between past and present, emotion and identity, culture and healing. My training in Restoration Therapy, trauma-informed care, and spiritual integration allows me to hold space for both deep wounds and meaningful growth. I’m especially attuned to clients navigating layered identities or spiritual transitions. At the heart of my work is the belief that emotional healing is possible—and that you are already more resilient, wise, and worthy than you realize.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and complex family or cultural dynamics. Many of my clients are high-functioning, faith-driven, or emotionally deep individuals who have spent years managing others’ needs while neglecting their own. I particularly support clients who are: – Adult children of immigrants – Cycle-breakers healing from relational trauma – People exploring or reconstructing their faith – Women navigating purpose, career, or partnership questions My ideal client is ready to look inward, explore patterns, and build a more grounded, connected relationship with themselves and others. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or uncertain about the next step, therapy with me offers a space for clarity, healing, and meaningful growth.
I use CBT tools to help clients identify and shift the thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. While my work is emotion- and relationship-focused, CBT provides a structured, practical layer that supports insight with real-life action steps.
I work from an attachment lens to help clients understand how early relational experiences shape their current ways of connecting with others and themselves. Together, we explore patterns in relationships, increase secure functioning, and build emotional safety both internally and externally.
My practice is grounded in trauma-informed principles that honor the body’s wisdom, emphasize emotional safety, and avoid re-traumatization. I support clients in understanding the impact of past trauma and learning tools for somatic regulation, boundaries, and healing from within.
For clients who desire it, I integrate faith and spirituality into the therapy process, holding space for questions, spiritual formation, and a deeper connection to God. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in grace—honoring each client’s unique faith journey.
