New to Grow
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, or major life changes begin affecting your well-being. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work to identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping and communication skills, build confidence, and develop practical strategies that support healing, personal growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
Our first session is a chance for me to understand you—not just your symptoms. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been difficult, and what you hope will change. Together, we'll identify priorities and begin creating a clear path forward so you leave with direction, support, and hope.
My approach I tailor therapy to your individual needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, build on your strengths, and create strategies you can use in everyday life.
My ideal client is an adult who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, job stress, chronic illness, or a major life transition. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward but are willing to explore their experiences and consider new perspectives. They want to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping and communication skills, improve their relationships, and create meaningful change. I welcome clients who are ready to take manageable steps toward healing, personal growth, greater confidence, and improved emotional well-being.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and explore how these patterns may contribute to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or other concerns. I help clients challenge negative thoughts, develop healthier perspectives, strengthen coping and problem-solving skills, and practice practical strategies they can use in everyday life to support meaningful and lasting change.
