I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, body image concerns, depression, relationship challenges, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, and DBT, when appropriate. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself while also feeling supported to make meaningful changes.
Our first session will go at your pace. We'll begin by reviewing office policies and procedures, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you have about me, the therapy process, or what to expect. I'll also spend time getting to know you by gathering background information, exploring your current concerns, and beginning to identify both your short-term and long-term goals.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences while supporting you in making meaningful progress toward your goals. My own lived experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding, allowing me to connect with clients in an authentic and compassionate way. I recognize that every person is different, so I take a personalized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to your individual needs, strengths, and values while drawing from evidence-based practices to help you build lasting change.
I work best with adults who are open-minded, curious about themselves, and ready to gain a deeper understanding of the patterns they’re experiencing in the present. I especially enjoy working with clients impacted by trauma, difficult past experiences, disordered eating, or a complicated relationship with food and their body, recognizing that our experiences can live not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies. My approach is grounded in the belief that understanding the connection between past experiences, the body, emotions, and current patterns can create space for healing and meaningful change.
