Whether you are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or a life transition, I am here to offer support and help you make meaningful change. Using cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as strength-based and solution-focused models, my goal is to help my clients develop coping skills to manage day-to-day stress, strengthen their relationships and gain an improved quality of life. I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, couples, families, and children. I utilize my professional and personal experience, humor, and warmth to create a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients.
In our first session, you’ll be greeted in a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel safe and heard. Your privacy is very important to me, and everything you share will be kept strictly confidential. During the first session, we’ll take time to explore your history, current challenges, and what has led you to seek therapy. This is an opportunity for you to share what’s been on your mind and for me to understand your unique situation, so I can tailor our work together. We will also discuss your goals for therapy, whether it’s managing stress, overcoming anxiety, processing trauma, or improving your relationships. Together, we’ll establish clear goals to guide our work and ensure therapy is aligned with your needs. I will introduce you to the therapeutic techniques I use, which are tailored to help you address your specific concerns. You can expect our sessions to involve both discussions and practical exercises that will empower you to make lasting changes. Feel free to ask any questions about the process as we go along—I’m here to guide you through it. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable with the pace of therapy. We’ll move at a speed that works for you, and you’re welcome to share what feels comfortable at any time. Therapy is a collaborative process, and you have control over how we proceed. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but I want you to know that you’re taking a powerful step toward positive change. It’s okay to feel nervous—it’s a normal part of the process. We’ll work together to make you feel supported every step of the way.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I am a highly empathic person with an open mind, and ability to solve problems.
I work with clients who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether you’re actively seeking support or you’re just beginning to explore therapy, my goal is to provide you with the tools and strategies you need to feel empowered in your own healing journey.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy because I believe in its practical, evidence-based approach to improving mental health. CBT empowers individuals to identify and change their negative thought patterns, leading to long-lasting changes in both emotional well-being and behavior. I find it incredibly rewarding to help clients gain the tools they need to cope with challenges and create meaningful change in their lives.
