Hello! My name is Kathy Kinskey. I have a masters degree in marriage and family counseling & I am greatly honored to be a seasoned, licensed professional counselor who has worked with individuals, families and children for over 26 years!
My experience and commitment to training continue help me hone and update my specialization in attachment and trauma work so as you and I collaborate, we have current tools to help you thrive! Attachment and trauma work are important areas for all of us to address if we want to live and love fully. Taking a quiz and identifying your attachment style is the first step to putting the puzzle pieces together about how your relationship style may be influencing your life-from how and who you choose as a life partner, how you relate to your children, yourself, your work, money and to all of life! I also specialize in preparation for birth and adoption, bonding, post partum/ post-adoption adjustment and depression and anxiety - all areas where attachment work can transform your life and your relationships. Know that attachment style work can be a fascinating and fun process of discovery! And know, too, you have support here in using these great tools to meet your goals.
Lastly, evidence-based tools for trauma & attachment work can also help you remove entrepreneurial & career blocks & find your way through anxiety & loss. You can break through old patterns...patterns that are actually just signals that you need a safe & supportive environment along with effective tools so you can develop & use emotional literacy as essential life guidance. No one taught us this stuff; it's not your fault you don't have this needed information and tools. The good news though is these things are here for us now!

Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control, clarity, and confidence—so you can start feeling more like yourself again and move forward with greater ease.

Welcome! I’m Tyler Lange, LPC-S, and I believe healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and empowered. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore life’s challenges, develop practical coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional wellness. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and, for those who desire it, Christian faith-based counseling. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or past trauma, I’m here to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience as a therapist. I specialize in geriatric care alongside anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder, among other mental health conditions. My clinical approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I integrate with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and mindfulness practices to create a well-rounded, evidence-based treatment plan for each client.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin, Texas and Utah with over 6 years of professional work experience as a therapist and over 10 years of experience working within community settings. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, complex trauma and substance abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, anxiety and more. I work with Individuals and couples.
Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine partnership built on trust, respect, and connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without fear of judgment, and where you feel heard, valued, and supported.
I understand that our life experiences and personal stories shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Sometimes those experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe it's okay to accept where you are today while also recognizing that growth and change are possible. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about working together to better understand your experiences and develop the tools to help you move toward the life you want.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, my hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout the process. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. I believe every individual deserves support, encouragement, and compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is centered on meeting people where they are while helping them discover practical ways to grow, heal, and move forward. Hi, I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My personal and professional experiences have helped me connect with people from all walks of life with empathy and without judgment.
I’ve worked in hospice, private practice, as a nursing home social worker, and at three inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities. In private practice, I worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns and life challenges, giving me experience supporting people through many different situations.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities and strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and the life you want to build.
I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
I see you. You're exhausted from second-guessing every decision. Your inner critic is loud and mean. In general, your thoughts are loud and racing. Getting out of bed some days feels impossible. You're disconnected—from your body, from your younger selves, from what you want.
Here's what we'll do together: We'll quiet that critic. Rebuild your trust in yourself. Process the hard stuff and spot the patterns keeping you stuck. You'll get clear on what matters to you—then use that as your compass.
I bring warmth, humor, and real talk. I'm here to listen and gently challenge you. We'll work with your whole self—mind, body, values—so you can stop second-guessing, feel lighter, and remember your own strength. It's time to decide what deserves your energy, and what doesn't.
Hi! I'm Melissa, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas Pan-American and have been practicing for over 8 years now. I help adults and teens struggling with life changes, anxiety, self-harming, stressors and depression become the best versions of themselves. I believe strongly that therapy in itself can foster an individuals drive to life and goals by providing you the space to openly express and develop the mindset and skills to enhance your strengths and reach those goals.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps adults heal from anxiety, trauma, burnout, and painful relationship patterns using EMDR therapy and a mind-body approach. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overwhelm, or disconnection, appearing “fine” on the outside while feeling anything but on the inside. My goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, release what’s been weighing you down, and reconnect with the most authentic version of yourself.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is at the heart of my work. It’s an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer carry the same emotional intensity. Through gentle bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), the mind can integrate painful experiences in a more adaptive way. Clients often describe EMDR as life-changing- it allows healing to occur on a deeper, neurological level, often when talk therapy alone hasn’t been enough. My style is collaborative, intuitive, and compassionate. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll help you feel safe in your body, clear in your mind, and at peace within yourself.
Most people who reach out to me are tired. Tired of holding it together, tired of explaining themselves, tired of feeling like the version of them that shows up to work or family dinner isn't the real one. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I'm a licensed professional counselor working with adults across Texas and Colorado on anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, relationship strain, life transitions, and the old stuff that keeps resurfacing at inconvenient moments. You don't need to have it organized before you get here, and you don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to deserve support. We'll figure out together what's actually going on and where to start. Expect warmth, honesty, and a real conversation rather than someone nodding at you from across the screen.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. As a licensed professional counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I strive to empower individuals to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and make decisions that align with their values and goals. My commitment is to walk alongside my clients through life's challenges while providing the guidance, encouragement, and tools needed to f
If you’re feeling overwhelmed in a crisis, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or wanting more intimacy and sexual connection without judgment, I can help.
I also work with anxiety, depression, grief, and the many ways these struggles often overlap. Every person is unique, and the issues that bring someone to therapy are rarely isolated , they’re usually connected in ways that become clearer once we start talking.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 14 years of experience. I work especially well with intelligent, driven adults who are used to relying on their mind and willpower to keep life moving. On the outside things may look successful, but inside they often feel disconnected or stuck. I help them change their relationship with their feelings so those emotions stop getting in the way and start becoming useful information.
My style is steady, practical, and collaborative. I stay grounded when things feel intense and help you move toward real relief and clearer connection.

I provide a safe place to process current and past issues and also provide psychoeducation so clients can learn new, healthy coping skills. I refer to myself as a tour guide on the road to healing.
You don’t have to hold it all alone. I offer fiercely affirming therapy for highly sensitive people, adult children of emotionally immature parents, and parents doing the hard, beautiful work of healing while raising others. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, attachment-based work, and nervous system healing.
As a mother of two young children, I don’t just understand attachment theory, I live it. That lived experience shows up in my work every day. Both therapy and parenting ask us to keep showing up; even when it's hard, even when it's not perfect. I’m in it with you, and I’m honored to be part of that process.
I have a particular passion for working with folks who grew up being told they were too much, too sensitive, too emotional. People who learned to stay small to stay connected. Together, we unlearn those survival strategies and build something more intentional, more grounded, and more authentically yours.
All sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures are welcome. If the world hasn't felt safe, especially for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and women, you’re not imagining it. You don’t have to prove your worth here. You get to take up space, as you are.

I love working with a variety of ages and backgrounds to help you to reach your full potential in life and heal from any past issues.
Starting therapy can take courage, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or unsupported in the past. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — a place that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely supportive. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, women, and anyone navigating the impacts of trauma, identity-based stress, or systems that haven’t always made space for them.

Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and build the skills you need to move forward.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect. Whoever you are, you are welcome here.

Hi! My name is Vyvian Nguyen, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Mexico and Texas. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care, shaped by years of supporting people across the lifespan as they navigate what life has been brewing.
Serving in the U.S. Navy as a Master‑at‑Arms has helped me understand service members, veterans, and their families whether it’s the tension that builds from deployments, the stress of switching between civilian and military life, or the pressure to keep everything together. It also taught me the importance of having a space where you don’t have to be “on” all the time.
As a Vietnamese American with parents who came to the U.S. as refugees after the Vietnam War part of the generation often referred to as “boat people” I grew up with a close view of cultural transitions, intergenerational patterns, and the strength it takes to rebuild in a new place. That perspective helps me support families who are newly arriving or adjusting to a new country with understanding and respect.
Tea Time Therapy grew from the idea that growth doesn’t need to be rushed. Like a good cup of tea, it often needs warmth, time, and a space that feels steady enough to settle into. My style is warm, straightforward, and lightly humorous enough to ease tension without taking away from the work.
You don’t need perfect words or a polished story. You just need a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll take it one sip at a time.

She deeply understands the critical role of therapeutic experiences in creating a level playing field, underscoring the importance and impact of her work.
My name is Mark Chaney. I provide counseling and counseling-related services for children, adolescents, adults, and families together. I have 15 + years of accumulative training and experience in the fields of mental health, trauma, domestic violence, foster care and adoption. Some clients I see are experiencing short-term stressors while others are experiencing longer-term mental health disturbances. For individual therapy, I generally treat adults and adolescents ages 12 and older. For children younger than 12, or for adolescents otherwise not appropriate for telehealth, It may be recommended to address concerns in the form of family therapy. I use an integrated model that build upon a persons existing beliefs, strategies and virtues, and I work with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of presenting concerns.
I am a life long student of philosophy. I enjoy reading, writing, painting, drawing, sculpture and playing music. I find peace in the outdoors and camping, inspiration in community collaboration, and I am passionate about psychotherapy. It has been my great privilege to walk with people as they unlock the resources they need to stabilize and grow. I believe that community stigma around mental health is reduced as individuals call on the courage to seek help.
"The only normal people are people you dont know very well" -Alfred Adler.
With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.

Hi. I'm Steve.
Do you ever wonder why, no matter how many different things you've tried, you fall back into old behaviors that hurt you and/or those you love? Do you wonder why your emotions take over and leave you feeling incapable or overwhelmed? Do your emotions get in the way of effectively communicating when it matters the most?
We all face questions like this, and the most fulfilling part of my work is helping people like you find answers to those questions. I don’t have any “one-size-fits-all” solutions, but together we will work to identify what drives your responses and what you can do to make lasting changes. We will work to help you anticipate and prevent issues before they appear, to feel emotional intensity rising and calm it down, and to exit stressful situations before doing or saying something you’ll regret. I don’t believe that our worst moments define us. I DO believe that each of us is capable of overcoming past struggles and finding a new path. I look forward to working with you as you try to find yours.
Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you reach out—you only have to take the first step.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, resilience, and lasting positive change.

To put it simply, I believe we are travelers on this journey. I’m not your guide, provider or healer and you’re not my client, user, or patient in a passive sense. To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.
I’m Waverly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor, though most of my family and friends call me “Waves.” The nickname has always felt fitting because I believe life moves in waves. I bring warmth, patience, and evidence-based practices into each session with the goal of supporting you as you build resilience and work toward emotional well-being.
Greetings and welcome!

I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, motivation concerns, and confidence issues. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can build on your strengths to help you overcome life's challenges.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years as an educator, giving me valuable insight into the unique pressures and demands faced by teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, counselors, and other educational professionals. I understand the emotional toll that workplace stress, burnout, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities can have, and I am passionate about helping education professionals prioritize their mental well-being.
I am also committed to supporting individuals who are considering or undergoing plastic or bariatric surgery. I understand that these life-changing decisions involve more than physical transformation—they also bring emotional, psychological, and relational adjustments. My goal is to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their bodies, navigate body-image concerns, and build the emotional resilience needed for lasting success.
In addition, I specialize in working with postpartum depression and relationship concerns. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy, to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Seeking counseling is a courageous step, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're working through anxiety, adjusting to a major life transition, strengthening relationships, or striving for personal growth, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and improve your overall quality of life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate challenges that impact their mental health. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space where clients feel at ease sharing their thoughts and emotions. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families in developing healthier coping strategies, fostering emotional resilience, and achieving lasting well-being. I also offer therapy in English and Spanish, tailoring the therapeutic process to each person's cultural and linguistic needs.
