New to Grow
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I provide a safe, supportive space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic, relationship concerns, ADHD, stress, identity, anger, and maternal mental health. I draw from CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness-based, strength-based, behavioral, ERP, motivational interviewing, and art therapy to support your goals and help you build a stronger, more fulfilling life.
During your initial session, I’ll welcome you with warmth, patience, and compassion. We’ll take time to discuss what brings you to therapy, understand your goals, and explore the experiences that have shaped you. At your own pace, we’ll begin identifying helpful strategies and areas for growth. Throughout the process, I’ll consider your whole-person well-being and work alongside you to create a supportive path forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, relaxed, and collaborative. My goal is to create an environment where you can feel heard, better understood and can explore what’s on your mind without judgment. Together, we’ll identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Our therapy work with one another is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
My ideal clients are ready for meaningful change. Weather you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, or personal identity, my goal is always to provide a warm and welcoming space for you to grow. Together, we can work to better understand your patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself and others.
I use mindfulness-based therapy to help you slow down, become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and intention.
