I am so glad that you are considering starting therapy! I know that this can be a hard process to begin, and I want to make it as comfortable as possible with all of the hope that I am the right therapist for you! I work with adults who find themselves dealing with unresolved traumatic experiences. These experiences can significantly decrease our overall well-being, but the pain does not have to be permanent. My passion is to help clients find freedom from pain and build a restored sense of hope.
In our first session together, we'll start to get to know each other and explore the challenges you are facing. Then, we will work together to create a plan specifically for you to work through in upcoming sessions.
The most important thing for me as a therapist is building a trusting relationship and safe atmosphere for my clients. This is crucial for walking through the stages of healing toward a fulfilled life.
My ideal clients are adults who find themselves dealing with unresolved traumatic experiences that have resulted in symptoms that decrease their overall well-being.

Ashley is always very attentive and understanding, and she helps me recognize when I have a negative pattern of thinking about something. She’s fantastic with solutions and breaking things down into easy-to-handle situations.

Not entirely my first session, rather a catch up, but I knew coming back to Ashley would be the best option. Ashley makes me feel safe and comfortable during our sessions.

Ashley is awesome! She is very warm and understanding, she does an amazing job finding out the feelings that are not helpful. We are working to overcome those feelings. And I am very appreciative of her.
