Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients in person in San Antonio and virtually throughout Texas and Florida. I specialize in working with adults, high-achievers, and "the strong ones"—the fixers, leaders, and eldest siblings who are used to taking care of everyone else but are secretly running on empty. My primary treatment areas include: Anxiety & Overthinking: Helping you quiet the racing thoughts and find relief from that constant, "on-edge" feeling. Burnout Recovery: Providing practical tools for professionals and caretakers who are emotionally exhausted and operating on fumes. Life Transitions: Navigating the disorienting, messy middle of major life, career, or relationship changes. In our sessions, you don’t need a script; just show up as you are. My style is a collaborative, faith-friendly conversation where we meet your real-world struggles with down-to-earth grace. Together, we will turn your stress and constant overthinking into practical, manageable tools you can use the moment our session ends. You don't have to carry this heavy load alone anymore—let's work through it together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You don’t have to show up with a script or have your life together. Some days we’ll dive deep into a specific skill, and other days we’ll just talk through a tough interaction you had that morning. I’m here to offer a listening ear and a bit of guidance, helping you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It’s a safe, down-to-earth space where your faith, your history, and your goals all have a seat at the table.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

When we sit down for a session, my main goal is for you to feel seen and supported. I use two main approaches—CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)—but I promise it won't feel like a clinical lecture. Instead, think of it as a collaborative conversation where we look at the "why" behind your feelings and the "how" of making things better. We’ll talk through the heavy stuff, but we’ll also focus on practical, real-world tools you can use the moment you leave.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a special heart for women, parents, and adults who carry the weight of high expectations. I specialize in helping those navigating anxiety, relationship friction, life transitions, and the invisible load of caretaking. If you feel on edge or disconnected, I help you reclaim your calm and set the boundaries you need to thrive. I'd love to hear your story and see how we can work together.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a fancy way of saying we’re going to look at the connection between what you think and how you feel. Often, when our relationships get rocky, we fall into "thought loops" that make things feel worse than they are. We’ll work together to catch those tricky thoughts, see if they’re actually true, and gently shift them into something more helpful. It’s about learning to be a little kinder to yourself so you can be more present with others.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is all about balance and finding your center when life feels like a whirlwind. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions or struggled to know how to respond when a conversation gets heated, DBT gives us a roadmap. We’ll focus on mindfulness—being right here in the moment—and building specific skills to help you stay calm, set healthy boundaries, and communicate your needs without the extra stress.
