Hi there, I am Dr. Krysti.
Do you have any conflicts in your life? Have they prevented you from getting closer to your loved ones and being the best version of yourself? Have these conflicts prevented you from building great relationships at the personal or professional level? Do you feel empty inside, unhappy, and overthink most of the time, even though you are a successful professional? Do you have a hard time processing your emotions?
I help college students, young adults, and professionals manage anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, body image, eating disorders, conflict resolution, and make better decisions. I am known for my expertise in solution-focused techniques on multicultural topics and conflict resolution for families and healthcare organizations. I have provided psychological services, counseling, coaching, and therapy to professionals and their families utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Affect Regulation Therapy (ART), Assertive Communication Skills (ACS), Insight Oriented Therapy (IOT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Guided Breathing, Validation Therapy (VT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and much more to help clients to move forward at their own pace.
Are you ready to transform yourself? I am also well-versed in multicultural topics and in working with Asian-American professionals. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board Certified Executive Coach with backgrounds in Clinical and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. For years, this unique combination has helped me to work well with college students, professionals in various industries, and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, residents, administrators, surgeons, entrepreneurs, and business owners. If this is the first time you want to work with a professional like me, let me have the honor of guiding you through this "uneasy-feeling" process at times. Are you ready? Let's connect to work together!
Hi, I'm Hazel.
I'm a bilingual Asian mental health therapist fluent in both Vietnamese and English, dedicated to supporting neurodiverse adults, including those with ASD, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions. I am also trained in assessing and diagnosing adult ASD and ADHD, and I understand the importance of accurate identification to inform effective treatment.
I am deeply passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and understanding the unique challenges they face, such as low self-esteem, mood regulation difficulties, relationship struggles, loneliness, stress, executive dysfunction, and rejection-sensitive dysphoria (RSD). I strive to provide a supportive, affirming space where clients can explore these challenges and develop strategies for growth and healing.
In addition, I have extensive experience working in hospice care, which has given me valuable insight into the complex emotions surrounding grief, loss, and mourning. I also specialize in supporting clients through grief, narcissistic abuse and healing, as well as processing trauma. My approach is holistic, emphasizing compassion and understanding through these profound experiences.
Having endured my own share of trauma throughout my life—including experiences with sudden death, betrayal, and resentment—I bring a deep sense of empathy to my work. With a culturally sensitive approach, I aim to create a safe environment where my clients feel seen and supported. My overarching goal is to empower individuals to navigate their challenges, foster resilience, and promote overall well-being. I am committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care and walking alongside my clients through life’s many transitions with sensitivity and care.

Hello ! I am Sergio Fernando Gueller, LCSW, I am an American citizen and love our Blessed country with all my heart; I am also an immigrant from Latin America, Argentina, who arrived to this country at age 19 (I am currently 65), "tired and poor" and escaping an unstable political environment and difficult socioeconomic perspectives. I completed my training in Europe and Latin America through my participation in many seminars and obtaining several certifications in this field, however, all my formal education took place in California and Oregon, in the USA. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and practical and am focused on providing immediate alleviation and crisis resolution to my clients via powerful cognitive/behavioral tools which I use daily in my practice. We all want to be heard when something is bothering us. Having someone hear us when we are upset can mean a lot. It can also feel good to have someone to vent to when a day has been long. I am interested in helping you through life's struggles and setting goals for the future. I'm also here to guide and support you through difficult experiences. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California (USC) emphasis in Mental Health and Military Social Work. I have been practicing for 7 years. I help US Military Service Members and Veteran's struggling with adjusting to civilian life, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and Anger Management skills. The military teaches structure and purpose everyday. You know what you have to do, where you have to be and when you have to be there and going to waking up as a civilian to “what do I do now” can be a struggle. This is where I can help with the transition to civilian life.
I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with 20 years experience working with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, miscommunication in relationships, relational breakups, life transitions and LGBTQ+ challenges. I practice an eclectic combination of person centered, collaborative and goal oriented counseling approaches as we work together, learning to identify the patterns that no longer provide you with the life you desire. Identifying and practicing new skills to make the small changes allows you to find your strengths and solutions to return you to your best self.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) based in Berkeley CA and serving clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community mental health, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since January 2018. I received my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2019, and my BA in Psychology from Reed College in 2010. I have been licensed since February 2023.
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist and work relationally and holistically. I believe all facets of life are (naturally) interrelated--relational, emotional, physical/physiological, cognitive, cultural, societal/political, spiritual, existential... I incorporate orientations, frameworks and insights from across the field: attachment-based (psychodynamic), somatic (Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience), humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt, self-psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, systems, existential, holistic/spiritual perspectives and wisdom like Buddhism, narrative, human needs perspectives like self-determination theory, communication frameworks like NVC and insights from the Gottmans, and paradigms and perspectives on social justice like feminism, analysis of power and privilege, intersectionality, intergenerational and societal trauma, psychological/emotional/verbal abuse, narcissism/scapegoating/othering etc.
I am guided by a trauma-informed approach that aims to foster empowering client-centered, collaborative, transparent and intersubjective relational conditions that I believe support people’s natural ability to experience safety, connection, and authentic actualization. My work is informed by a lifetime of deep inquiry into human needs and the complex ways familial, social, cultural, economic and biological contexts inform how they may be nurtured, supported, neglected or actively or insidiously contravened. I believe that human attachments and early life experiences, as well as structural power dynamics in social/societal systems, are typically foundationally informative to the bridge or gap between trauma/suffering and thriving in safety and connection. I think humanness and understanding of / respect for these facts, alone, can be a healing provision of therapy relationship.
Hello there! I'm so excited to connect with you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I want to get to know you and your world and believe I bring compassion, humor, kindness, and curiosity into each session. Let’s work together in helping you make conscious choices instead of having unconscious reactions so you can live a more satisfying and fulfilling life!

Whether you're struggling with your own self-doubt, managing your own cultural or familial expectations, struggling to have meaningful or healthy relationships with yourself and/or others, burdened with the effects of past trauma, let me join you on your journey of growth and healing with acceptance, grace, and empathy.
Are you ready to take a step to become the person you've maybe longed to be? Ready to accept yourself and unlock your true potential? Ready to live life fully and embark on a journey of self-growth and acceptance where you can smile and be proud of who you are becoming? Hi, I’m Luke Lorefice, a therapist and college/career counselor dedicated to helping men, young adults, including neurodivergent students and those facing emotional or academic challenges, find clarity, confidence, and purpose. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University and a College Counseling Certificate from UCLA Extension. My work blends mental health expertise with academic counseling, employment, and life transitions. Through Grow and my private practice, Wave Point Counseling, I help clients explore meaningful paths whether that’s higher education, a career pivot, or rediscovering a sense of direction.
Hi! I have been in the field helping individuals, couples and families for 13 years from all walks of life and range of socioeconomical status. During the years of experience, I have found great joy in providing a safe landing spot for those ready to unpack their past traumas, navigate their current stressors and challenges, learn new strategies for coping and finding a greater meaning to their lives. To see the transformation of many individuals who felt broken to become and grow into a stronger sense of self with optimism for their future has been what drives me in my career of serving others.
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people who tend to think deeply, feel intensely, and want more than surface-level change.
My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from a handful of therapeutic modalities that I find the most meaningful and supportive. This allows us to explore both the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and the practical ways those patterns show up in your day-to-day life.
I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping the work grounded and human. Above all, I aim to offer a space where you can feel understood, challenged in the right ways, and supported as you move toward a version of your life that feels more like your own.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I have become quite the encourager for reminding clients that mental health is absolutely a vital piece of the puzzle when considering overall well-being. Mental health and stability are so important, and I commend you for reaching out to take care of your mental health care needs.
I have been seeing clients since 2018. I graduated from Antioch University, Los Angeles' LGBT Affirmative specialization and my focus is working with gay Latino men, or men who have sex with men. I am, however, open to working with anyone as therapy is not so much theory-based but relationship-based, so having a strong rapport with the client is always of utmost importance.
In my personal life, some things I enjoy are traveling, (I want to see as much of the world as I possibly can) writing (I love the fantasy genre), going to the cinema (I love fantasy, mystery & film noir), exercising, and enjoying a nice meal with friends and family.
Welcome to my profile. I hope it will help you find a therapist who is a good fit for you.
My name is Jon. I have 28 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Holistic Studies in 2002 and have been a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2009.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a dishwasher, forklift driver, small business manager, and completed an internship with the United Nations. I have lived and worked overseas and across the United States, collaborating with people from many different backgrounds. Like many, I have faced cancer and other significant life challenges.
I went back to college later in life because I wanted to help young people and their families build better futures. I chose a holistic approach because I believe in working with the whole person — mind, body, feelings, relationships, history, and spirit.
I spent 15 years supporting youth experiencing significant emotional and behavioral challenges and their families. I also worked with adults in community settings. For the last 13 years, my primary work has been with incarcerated adults. These experiences have taught me about shame, redemption, resilience, and dignity. I have witnessed people at their lowest points and seen their remarkable capacity to change, heal, and rebuild.
All of this has convinced me that people are always more than the labels they carry or the worst things they have experienced. I believe every person is worthy of being heard and treated with dignity and respect — and that change, growth, and transformation are possible for everyone.
Hi, I'm Jonathan. I'm so glad you stopped by to consider services with me.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on understanding and helping you individually.
Since 2010 I have provided therapy to address a wide range of issues from difficult recent adjustments to long-term, chronic issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational distress, men's issues, substance use, and ADHD. I like to work collaboratively to find what works best for each person.
My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you really feel understood. I have a goal-oriented approach that offers tools, skills for coping, and clear, achievable objectives.
Hello! I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist who graduated from San Jose State Univerisity and licensed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in California. I love pets and have 2 cats that I have adopted. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and have a deep understanding of Mexican culture, allowing me to offer culturally responsive care to individuals. I enjoy working with children, parents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, grief, or the effects of trauma. Working with children, youth, and mothers holds a special place in my heart. As a mother and therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen, supported, and connected.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adult clients to improve anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and self-worth. I have a background working with anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Specific Phobias, as well as Depression, workplace stress, and Adjustment Disorder. I use various therapeutic modalities to support my clients in making meaningful life changes.
I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in supporting trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+ clients, gender affirming therapy for trans and non-binary clients, and those seeking to explore patterns of thinking and feeling and how they can connect to the past, trauma, or difficult family dynamics. In my sessions, I’m hoping clients will feel my authenticity, sincerity, warmth, and humor. I hope to create a space where people look forward to coming and spending time together as we explore and make space for healing & self discovery.
Trauma or difficult dynamics with caregivers can leave us feeling hurt, angry, confused, or anxious. We also might feel like we don't know ourselves, like everything is our fault, that we have to be perfect, or like bad things are bound to happen. Trauma can get played out in our relationships which can cause conflict, confusion, and hurt. Because trauma happened in relationships, it can be healed in relationship. I try and create a sense of safety, care, and emotional warmth so we can begin the important work of healing. These elements can give people a restorative experience where they can express feelings and truly feel held and seen.
I also use a psychodynamic lens; looking at the past and childhood to make sense of current feelings and behaviors. This can involve looking toward the unconscious to help reveal important themes and emotional needs. I value a collaborative and strengths-based approach, working together to build on your strengths and discover ways you hope to grow, change, expand or explore themes in your life. Together, we can work toward creating a more stable or stronger core sense of self.
I’m also newly trained in EMDR and have found this incredibly helpful for clients needing to reprocess difficult memories, experiences, or ways of thinking and feeling.
Megan believes in fostering a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. A large part of healing is being witnessed by another being with compassion and being reminded of your strength. Her approach is encouraging, and she aims to create an atmosphere where humor, curiosity, and authenticity are welcome. Consider working together if you're open to exploring your thoughts, feelings, and sensations with curiosity and if you're looking for a therapist who can offer encouragement and a playful, yet professional, atmosphere.
Megan's therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in mindfulness and cognitive therapy. She integrates various techniques to help you become more aware of your body’s signals and how to manage emotions effectively. She works with adults who are ready to explore themselves more deeply, whether navigating anxiety, stress or personal growth.
Megan would love to connect with you and explore how therapy can support your personal growth and well-being. If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing, please reach out to schedule a free 15-min phone consultation.

I am a holistic psychotherapist with openings for women in their 20s who feel deeply, tend to spin on thoughts, and experience overwhelm in a world that often tells them they are too much. Maybe you have always sensed things others seem to brush off. Maybe your relationships feel intense, your body carries tension you cannot explain, and you are exhausted from trying to hold it all together when no one taught you how to pause.
My practice is rooted in a simple truth: your sensitivity is not a flaw to be fixed. It is an intelligent design, a navigation system that has been trying to protect you even when it felt overwhelming. Together, we gently widen the lens to see how your nervous system, beliefs, relationships, and history are woven together. Drawing from integrative mental health, trauma-informed somatic practices, and quantum biology, I help you translate what your body and emotions have been communicating all along.
Through weekly sessions, we create a space where you do not have to perform or push through. You can learn to trust what you feel rather than override it. My own journey through anxiety, health challenges, and spiritual awakening informs my approach: I walk beside you not as an authority with answers, but as a fellow traveler who understands what it feels like to be told your reactions are too much.
If you are longing for a place where your deep feelings make sense and where you can begin to inhabit your sensitivity as strength rather than a burden, I would be honored to explore whether we are a good fit. Sessions are offered via secure telehealth for residents of CA, MA, and AZ..
I have worked in the social service field for over 15 years as a social worker, clinician and in administration. I enjoy giving, sharing, working in the community, and connecting individuals to essential resources and empowering them towards growth, progress and self-sufficiency.
My hope and objectives are to inspire others to keep going despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences. Considering personal experiences with setbacks and health challenges, obtaining an education and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker was not destined for me, however, it became obtainable and has been a great achievement. My all-time driven mottos are: "If I can, you can” and "carpe diem" seize the day as tomorrow is not promised. Therefore, I strive to reach back and help others thrive and live life full out.
I am inspired by the teachings of Brene Brown who states …” we can have courage or we can have comfort, but we cannot have both…courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” And I remain motivated by the late great Maya Angelou as she declares, “Still I Rise” …. “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it” [and] “nothing will work unless you do.”

I'm so glad you found your way here. Seeking treatment is an indication of being ready for change and having a new experience of life. I'm an insight oriented therapist meaning I assist clients in illuminating their inner workings and wounds that have created struggles in their lives. I work at a level of healing and empowering with the intention to offer guidance rather than to instruct. You are the expert of your life. Together we take a look at what needs to be addressed and resolved then move into recognizing one's own strengths, value, and worth. This allows individuals to move into greater appreciation and acceptance of self.
I have worked for several years with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a strong focus on personal acceptance, self-compassion, and resolution of internal conflicts based in trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship strain, or lack of direction and focus in one’s life. I specialize in substance abuse and addiction treatment. Having been in recovery for 10 years myself, I understand the journey of ending the cycle of self destruction and moving to a place of healing and greater peace.
