My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a goal oriented, structured form of psychotherapy. It works on the premise that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply interconnected. By identifying and challenging negative thought patterns clients can change their emotional responses and develop healthier, more effective behaviors. CBT is commonly used in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship problems, anger issues and many other concerns.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered therapy is a humanistic approach to psychotherapy. the Person-centered therapy generally relies on therapist's empathetic understanding, of client's thoughts and feelings, unconditional positive regards for client, and therapist's congruence. It aimed at creating a super safe space to process difficult emotion. This approach is often used in treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, addiction, trauma and abuse, low self esteem and many other conditions.
