Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California with over a decade of experience. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, and major life transitions. I also have a special focus on supporting women through postpartum emotional challenges and identity shifts. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always tailored to meet each client's individual needs and goals

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start by exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what goals you have. I’ll gather some background information at your pace and we’ll begin creating a supportive plan for moving forward together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with adults navigating postpartum changes, addiction recovery, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, I’ve developed a supportive, client-centered approach to therapy. I help clients (a) understand the deeper emotional roots of their struggles and (b) create actionable, sustainable steps toward feeling more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adults who are navigating major life transitions—whether it’s adjusting to motherhood, healing from past trauma, rebuilding after addiction, or managing anxiety and depression. My clients are deeply committed to growing and feeling better but often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. They are craving real emotional tools, stronger self-trust, and a space where their struggles are seen without judgment.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation for my work, helping clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. I support clients in identifying unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress, while empowering them with practical tools to shift those patterns toward healthier coping and self-understanding. My approach to CBT is collaborative and compassionate, always tailoring interventions to meet the client’s unique experiences and needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we focus not only on symptom relief but also on building emotional resilience, increasing self-awareness, and creating lasting, meaningful change
