New to Grow
Hello! I am so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting teens and young adults through anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I believe in meeting clients where they are, with empathy, curiosity, and respect, while creating a safe and supportive space for growth. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of navigating life’s challenges. Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable, building insight, resilience, and practical tools to support emotional well‑being.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and that’s completely normal. You don’t need to have everything figured out before our first session. Our initial meeting is a low‑pressure space focused on getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying goals you’d like to work toward. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport. This session is simply the first step in creating a supportive and collaborative path forward.
My greatest strengths as a provider are my compassion, empathy, strengths‑based approach, and my ability to meet clients exactly where they are, without pressure or judgment. I am deeply committed to my clients and their overall well‑being, providing consistent, thoughtful support throughout the therapeutic process.
My ideal client is someone experiencing anxiety, ongoing stress, or depressive symptoms who wants to feel more empowered and confident in managing life’s challenges. They may struggle with negative thought patterns, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty coping with daily stressors and transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to process cognitive distortions, build practical and solution-focused strategies, and develop coping skills that support emotional regulation. Through a holistic approach—including mindfulness and grounding techniques—I help clients strengthen self‑awareness, resilience, and a sense of personal empowerment in their day‑to‑day lives.
