Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am a graduate of Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary and have been a practicing clinician for the past 10 years. I enjoy assisting clients in discovering their unique strengths and gifts that can be applied to improving mental health. My practice focuses on adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and parenting difficulties.
During the first session, I will aim to learn relevant history and current symptoms you are experiencing. You will have an opportunity to ask questions about me and my experience. Together, we will identify 1-3 goals for treatment.
I felt the call to be a therapist after seeing how positive transformation can take place when seeking help from a professional. I was excited by the idea of being able to come alongside others to help facilitate hope and healing. I see this work as a privilege and honor to help people in need change.
In my 10 years as a therapist I have found great enjoyment in working with adults 18-60 years old experiencing difficulty in managing emotions, stress, and relationships. I am experienced in integrating Christian faith and principles when appropriate for those who would like to use their spirituality in therapy.
