With all of my clients, the priority is to connect – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy. When you feel comfortable enough to be honest about your anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, trauma, or life stressors, real work can begin.
The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us share similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us, is as individualized as each person I work with. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, your story deserves its own structure.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Registered Art Therapist. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University. Classes in the MFT program also met the requirements for the American Art therapy Association for art therapy.
I am also a Christian and provide therapy from that perspective for those who want their faith to be a part of the therapy process. I believe our spiritual well-being and relationship with God can have a significant influence on all other areas of our lives including mental health. I have a holistic approach to therapy looking at how mental, physical, and spiritual health impact each other in both positive and negative ways.
I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supporting clients in gaining a healthier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. I have worked extensively with clients in coping with depression, stress and anxiety, as well as in processing grief, loss, and life transitions. I am passionate about making mental health services more readily available to those who need it and normalizing the need for them.

Hello there my name is Blake and I look forward to getting to know and work with you.
I've been fortunate enough to work with all age ranges for the past 8 years providing assistance to those struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidality, post-traumatic stress, as well as grief and loss. Hi, I’m Dr. Tiona Sykes (Dr. T), a Black woman therapist, LMFT, and PsyD‑trained clinician. I specialize in supporting high‑functioning women, men, and gender‑expansive individuals who are navigating anxiety, identity confusion, faith‑based challenges, relational stress, and major life transitions. My clients are thoughtful, capable people who carry a lot internally while still showing up for everyone else — and they’re ready for therapy that helps them feel more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves.
I work especially well with faith‑centered adults (Christian men and women navigating the nuances of spirituality, sex, trauma, and family expectations) and therapists/clinicians (graduate students, associates, and licensed providers seeking emotionally attuned, identity‑focused support). These clients often need a therapist who understands both the emotional load they carry and the complexity of their internal world.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned. I blend evidence‑based tools with identity‑centered work, helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can make meaningful shifts in your relationships, boundaries, and emotional world.
I practice time‑limited therapy, typically 10–12 sessions and sometimes up to 20 depending on your goals. My work is structured, intentional, and designed to help you feel grounded and clear sooner rather than later. If you need longer‑term or specialized care, I support you in transitioning to the right provider.

As a first-generation Latina, I learned ambition, tenacity, and determination from my parents. Hi! I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I offer individual therapy via telehealth to adults in California. I most often work with those experiencing narcissistic abuse, neurodivergence such as ADHD and autism, and alcohol abuse & addictions. I have been working in the mental health field since 2008, as a therapist since 2011, and I've been in private practice since 2019. My background and training is in child & adolescent psychology, forensic psychology, psychological testing, and substance abuse treatment. Since then, I've focused the work in my private practice to individual adults.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can come as you are and feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. As a first-generation Asian American and Christian therapist, I understand how faith, culture, family expectations, relationships, and life experiences can shape who we are and how we see ourselves.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and over 13 years of experience working with children and families. Our hardest seasons do not have to define us; they can become part of a story of growth, healing, and transformation. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward renewed hope and meaningful change.

My name is Uchechi Alozie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is seeing my client within their environment and not just the issues they are presenting. My approach is trying to aid my clients holistically. I have worked with family units for more than 10 years. And have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness for 6 years.
I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting, working with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness.
I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.

My objective is to create an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, and to allow clients to feel safe while processing their thoughts and feelings while gently providing psycho education and techniques to assist.
Hello, I'm Ivannia.
Are you ready to continue your healing journey towards recovery? I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Treatment and therapeutic approach is very unique to all individuals. What works for one person may not work for the other and that's ok! I will guide you and help you recognize what type of treatment works for you. I believe in building trust and rapport, while challenging you towards growth. I believe healing is a journey and I would love to be a part of it.
Are you struggling with the ability to practice self-love? Or maybe you are not entirely sure exactly what that is. Perhaps you are tired of feeling bad about yourself, your appearance, guilty for not being "enough" to others, and lacking energy. For some people, feeling like this leads them to try and feel better by eating, overspending money, overexercising, or investing in bad relationships. Often enough, time spent in these ways (and more) can leave someone feeling even more depleted. If you can relate to any of this, you are certainly not alone.
Together we will tackle your discontent stemming from your challenges to understand and practice self-love. You will learn what self-love consists of, understand how to shift any unhelpful thought patterns, build better boundaries, and put into practice what you have learned during weekly sessions and through homework assignments in between sessions to improve your ability to demonstrate that you love being YOU!
I have over 7 years of experience as a licensed therapist working with individuals and couples. I am also a licensed CPA so I integrate a practical and structured approach to therapy where I will validate your concerns while supporting your movement towards solutions.

I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, trauma, PTSD, self-acceptance, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion, empathy and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back.
Let's work together!

I was educated in the integration of psychology and the Cross, and believe that every meeting is ordained by God. If I am part of your journey and you are part of mine, then we will seek to bring beauty from the ashes, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)."
