I highly recommend Dr. Banigo for anyone facing personal or family issues. I’ve shared my deepest life struggles with her and never felt judged. It’s a huge relief to vent to someone who truly listens. After three sessions, I still have work to do, but her practical guidance has me moving in the right direction to heal. She doesn't just listen; she gives you real tools to work on. If you need a safe, non-judgmental space to find your path again, she is the one.
