By managing anxiety and dealing with burnout in the workplace/school, at home, and in relationships you can involve yourself in ideas and activities that bring you to the present and guide you toward your desired future. I am currently working with individual clients 18 and over only, and not accepting couples.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
By the end of the first session I want you to walk away feeling comfortable about the therapeutic process in our sessions. I also want you to walk away feeling heard, validated, and with a few basic tools to start you on your healing journey.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I use a combination of solution-focused models so that I can meet you where you are in your journey and work with you to find the best solutions in a forward-focused mindset. All treatment modalities are evidence-based based including person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness.

I have spent the majority of my career working with clients who struggle with anxiety, addiction, and relational problems in all stages and aspects of life. I can help you manage your anxiety, stress, burnout, and other distressing emotions by building healthy coping skills so that you can walk through life creating and achieving the goals you desire with confidence.
