My journey as a therapist started when I was attending my second year of college. I had a strong desire to want to help people, families, and children. I believe in the power of encouraging people as they journey through life and help to be a guiding support. I am driven by an absolute unchanging belief that everyone is capable of changing, reaching their goals, and growing no matter what stage, they find themselves in. I believe each individual is unique, and significant, but often can get off track from their journey when the difficulties of life come and may not have someone in their life encouraging them.

I approach goal setting by first getting to know the individuals' concerns, and needs, and through exploration determining what challenges are interfering with an individual's daily functioning.
