We will always work with where ever you are in your life journey, and just as much as you decide to do. Therapy should be a voluntary commitment to yourself. Alexandra was friendly and warm and attentive . Which says a lot since I can talk a lot once I open up. She gave me a therapy tool to try until our next meeting.
