Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, and I've been practicing for the last 4 years. I have a deep passion for helping individuals shift their mindset and take the necessary steps to discover and pursue their true destiny. My work centers around guiding clients through personal transformation, empowering them to overcome obstacles and navigate life's challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I believe in supporting clients as they unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where they can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. The initial session is all about getting to know each other and building trust. I’ll take the time to listen to your unique story, understand the challenges you're facing, and begin to explore your goals for therapy. We’ll work together to identify the specific areas where you feel stuck or need support, and I’ll explain how our work together can help you move forward. During this session, I’ll also explain the therapeutic process, answer any questions you may have, and establish a plan for how we can best work together toward your personal growth and transformation. Ultimately, my goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and empowered to begin your journey toward meaningful change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to be direct, honest, empathetic, and compassionate. I believe in creating a space where clients can feel both supported and challenged in a way that promotes growth. Being direct allows me to address issues head-on and provide clear, actionable feedback, helping clients gain clarity on their path forward. I value honesty in our work together, ensuring that conversations are transparent and focused on real change. This openness fosters trust and helps build a strong therapeutic relationship. At the same time, I bring empathy to every session, taking the time to deeply understand and connect with what you’re going through. I am genuinely invested in your well-being and strive to meet you where you are emotionally. Finally, my compassion ensures that you feel safe, heard, and cared for throughout our work together, no matter the challenges you may face. These strengths allow me to support clients in a way that promotes both healing and transformation.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As an LCSW, I am best positioned to serve individuals who are at a crossroads in their personal or professional lives. My clients often include young adults and professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true purpose. They may be struggling with stress, burnout, self-doubt, or feeling uncertain about their next steps. I work well with those who are looking for guidance to break through limiting beliefs and embrace their authentic selves. My clients are often seeking clarity on their life path, whether it’s navigating career transitions, healing from past experiences, or overcoming challenges that are holding them back from reaching their full potential. I help them gain the tools and support to shift their mindset, regain confidence, and move toward a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people understand how their thoughts affect how they feel and act. A lot of times, we get stuck in negative thinking—like assuming the worst or being too hard on ourselves—and that can lead to feeling anxious, sad, or overwhelmed. We also look at behaviors—what they’re doing (or not doing) that may be making things harder—and create small steps to make positive changes.

Christian Counseling

I use Christian Counseling to help people heal and grow by combining biblical truth with clinical support. I believe that God cares about every part of who we are—spirit, soul, and body—and that real healing comes when we invite Christ into the process. In sessions, I may use prayer, Scripture, and faith-based encouragement along with professional therapy techniques. My goal is to help clients find clarity, purpose, and freedom—not just by talking things through, but by aligning their hearts and minds with God’s Word. Whether they’re dealing with relationship issues, grief, trauma, or life transitions, Christian Counseling helps them see their situation through the lens of hope, faith, and healing.

Couples Counseling

I believe that God designed marriage to be a place of love, unity, and support—but sometimes life, stress, and past hurts can create distance between couples. During sessions, we talk about what's really going on and I am not afraid to ask hard questions when needed. Whether it's trust issues, poor communication, or emotional disconnection, my goal is to help couples build a strong foundation, work on understanding each other and to be aligned with the vision for the family system.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help people explore their own reasons for making positive changes in their lives. It’s a respectful and l work to meet people where they are and helps them move forward at their own pace with confidence and clarity.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients focus on their strengths and find practical steps toward their goals. Instead of spending a lot of time on problems, we look at what’s working, what they want to see change, and how to build on the progress they’ve already made. It’s a positive, goal-driven approach that helps people move forward with hope and confidence.
