Hi, I am Danielle. Do you find yourself struggling with motivation or struggling with negative feelings? Are you continuously worrying, resulting in feeling exhausted and irritable? Are you wondering if you will feel normal again? I provide help for those experiencing stress, excessive worry, burnout and lingering unhappiness. I am empathetic, warm, and direct. I am supportive and respectful of clients while offering insight.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I combine different therapeutic models to tailor my approach to each individual. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help the person recognize how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Then support the person to use that knowledge to change thinking patterns. I also utilize the Humanistic Approach and self-compassion techniques.
