New to Grow
Hi, I’m Olivia, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach is collaborative and supportive, drawing from evidence-based methods to fit your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, healing from past experiences, or striving for personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater clarity and well-being.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your background, and your goals so I can better understand your needs. This session is also a chance for you to ask me questions and get a feel for my approach. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels comfortable and supportive for you.
What sets my approach apart is the balance of warmth and evidence-based methods. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy / Psychodynamic / Attachment-based methods, tailoring each session to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Clients often share that they feel deeply heard and supported, while also gaining practical tools they can use right away in daily life. My goal is to help you not only find relief from current struggles but also build lasting skills for growth and resilience.
I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences, and they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and build healthier ways of coping. Whether your goals are to reduce anxiety, heal from past wounds, or gain greater confidence and clarity, I provide a supportive space to help you move toward growth and lasting well-being.
In this approach, we look at how your early relationships may be shaping the way you connect with others today. Together, we’ll explore patterns of trust, closeness, and communication, and work on creating healthier, more secure ways of relating. The therapy relationship itself provides a safe and supportive space where new, positive experiences of connection can grow.
CBT helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and practice new ways of responding so you can feel more in control and improve your overall well-being. It’s a practical, goal-focused approach that gives you tools you can use both in therapy and in everyday life.
This approach helps you explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By bringing these patterns to light, we can work toward deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
