I believe that each client is unique and that one therapy does not fit all. I try to meet the client where they are at. I have experience in different types of trauma from a clinical standpoint and personal experience. I have a sense of humor, I believe laughter can be the best medicine sometimes. The most important part of any therapy is client/therapist compatibility. It helps both with treatment goals.

Have you been thinking about therapy and struggling with where to begin? Sometimes taking the first step is the most difficult one. I can help you take that first step with a warm and encouraging approach to therapy. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) using a compassionate, client-centered philosophy. This approach employs evidence-based techniques and tools to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, and related issues in an accepting, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. Change takes time. My goal is for the people I work with to feel heard, supported, and able to develop skills to use in their lives and relationships. Personal growth leads to living as the most authentic and best version of ourselves. I look forward to helping you grow.

Are you stressed and overwhelmed by your health, your day-to-day life, or your relationships? As a Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience, as well as being a two-time breast cancer survivor and a caretaker for my elderly parents, I can help you to navigate health issues and life stresses more effectively. Life can be difficult for each of us at some point in time, in ways unique to our own circumstances. My goal is to help people through the tough chapters so that they move into better chapters with additional tools to handle challenges and stresses. I don't view people as being broken or needing fixing. We all need someone with whom to sort things through at times, someone who isn't part of our day-to-day mix. In therapy, clients develop more effective expectations by redefining their stresses and challenges, reduce emotional upset and distress by looking at their issues from a new angle, and feel empowered by trying new approaches to effective problem-solving. I would be pleased to walk this journey with you, to reduce stress and find a more satisfying approach to life. Available appointments are those set aside specifically for intakes. I see clients through Grow Therapy on Monday and Tuesday. I cannot do letters, FMLA forms or provide disability opinions for clients who have not already been involved in therapy with me for at least several months. While I really enjoy working with individuals aged 65 and older, due to Medicare regulations, I cannot see traditional Medicare clients for self-pay. I can see those seniors with Medicare Replacement plans which are accepted by Grow Therapy. I only work with individuals, and do not do marital or family therapy.

I decided to be a counselor because I understood the importance of someone who looks like me doing this work. My goal is to create an open and affirming space for everyone including, Black bodies, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those creating healthy non-traditional relationships. Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma are common issues that can impact your day to day lives and close relationships no matter your background. By the end of therapy, you will be more confident in speaking up for yourself and creating healthy boundaries. I utilize a strength-based approach that combines different therapeutic modalities that address generational trauma, negative self-talk, and strategies to improve your mood. I tend to tailor treatment to each individual to fit who they are and their needs.

I'm Clay and I am offering in-person therapy in Saint Marys, Georgia, and virtual therapy for those who feel exhausted from struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and challenging relationships. My counseling style combines the best of advanced psychological principles and a Christian worldview. Pulling from both worlds, I offer evidence-based interventions which are centered in biblical values. Clinically proven care with a compassionate, individualized and active approach that focuses on integrating your therapeutic relationship with the practice of transpersonal mindfulness-based skills to help you achieve lasting emotional and mental well-being. My style is responsive, spiritual, and supportive. I adapt quickly and use our relationship built upon trust to leverage real change by examining blind spots in your operating system. However, if your faith journey does not align with Christianity or you do not subscribe to any faith, I am still able to create a safe space for you to do therapy that honors wherever you are at at this point in your life. What you are doing right now matters and if you feel lost or ready to give up: give me a call. I provide Specialization in a variety of unique men’s issues like compulsive behaviors, addictions, overall numbness, lack of purpose, difficulties with boundaries, couples and family issues, niche sexuality concerns, veteran’s issues, and anger management.

Hello! I’m a Licensed Therapist. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I finally connected with my purpose. Therapy truly is my heart job. Even before becoming a therapist, I was the person my friends would call when they needed someone to talk to, someone to listen, or someone to help them work through a difficult situation. I’ve experienced my own trauma and difficult seasons, so I understand that sometimes life can feel heavy, overwhelming, and confusing. Becoming a teen mom was a turning point in my life. I knew I wanted more for myself and my family, and I wanted to create a different future. I went to college with the goal of healing, growing, and learning how to help others do the same. Today, I’m passionate about helping people find their purpose, work through the things that have been holding them back, reach their goals, and build healthy and supportive relationships. I want my clients to feel comfortable being their real, authentic selves without fear of judgment. I believe in **practicing what I preach**. If I’m asking you to try something, challenge yourself, set a boundary, or look at something differently, it’s because I believe in the process and understand that change can be uncomfortable. Most importantly, I believe **we all have answers within us**. Sometimes life, trauma, fear, or circumstances make it difficult to see them. My role is to help you uncover those answers, recognize your strengths, and find your way forward. You don't have to have it all figured out. We can figure it out together.

I'm Rebecca Cooper, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25 years of experience in the field. My work blends solid clinical training with somatic and nervous-system-based approaches, and I have a particular passion for supporting women through deep personal transformation and helping them step more fully into their own leadership and sense of self. That focus shows up in how I approach every session, not just addressing symptoms, but through helping clients build a genuinely different relationship with themselves. My approach is grounded, warm, and real, yes, but also practical and results-focused. I'm not interested in sessions that feel good in the moment but don't lead anywhere; I want clients to leave with real, usable shifts, not just a sense of having talked something through. I believe lasting change happens at the level of the nervous system, not just the surface, and I love walking alongside clients as they discover that for themselves, at whatever pace feels right for them.

Feeling disconnected from yourself or the life you’re living? I support clients seeking deeper self-understanding and liberation from patterns and identities that no longer serve them. In a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming space, we explore healing and empower you to create a life that feels aligned, authentic, intentional, and alive. I prioritize communication that is open and self-expressive. I listen deeply, reflect what I hear, and offer feedback that supports insight and growth. This is a space where you don’t have to filter yourself, your voice and lived experience are welcome. What matters most to you shapes our work. Together, we define your aspirations and translate them into meaningful, tangible change. Our focus is on integrating growth into your daily life so that transformation is not just understood, but embodied. You may notice that some sessions are held off video or in a hybrid format. This is an intentional part of how I practice. As a neurodivergent clinician, not always being on video allows me to be more fully present, attuned, and grounded in the work. Many clients find this creates a more comfortable space to show up openly and authentically. That said, I aim to meet clients where they are, and we can always discuss what session format feels most supportive for you.

My philosophy towards Therapy is the following: "The nice thing about things that are urgent is that if you wait long enough they aren’t urgent anymore.” --Dr. Amos Tversky The demands of modern society have created an environment in which every moment of every day seems to be urgent. This constant sense of urgency leads to stress, which in turn makes you feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled. You may feel like each day is no more than a series of crises and that you can’t keep up with everything. Finding your way out of this loop requires stepping outside of your daily routine and figuring out what really matters to you. It takes a great deal of courage to seek help for oneself. I commend you for taking the first step towards improving your life and will stand by and encourage you along this journey together.

I truly saw the need for more mental health professionals in my community when I lost my father in 2006. Since that day, I began my journey of understanding the mind and how it works. We go through many major life transitions such as breakups, divorce, having children, new professions, loss of income, moving, pandemic stress and more. Most do not realize just how traumatic these seemingly “normal” events are to us at times. I am here to help you if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, angry or confused concerning anything that has been thrown at you in your life. If you feel that what you are dealing with is too much to handle on your own, please reach out to me. We cannot stop this cycle of numbing or ignoring mental health issues in our world if we do not start within. As a mental health advocate, I am here for you. I have seen the impact of a lack of relatable and accessible mental health programs and providers. I am here to be the bridge and get you the solutions, support, and guidance you need.

Do you find yourself overthinking? Maybe placing else's needs before your own and struggling to say no without guilt? Feeling responsible for keeping the peace, managing other people's emotions, or living up to expectations that no longer fit who you are? Sound familiar? Patterns like these can quietly shape our relationships, our self-worth, and our boundaries well into adulthood. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same frustrating cycles, I want you to know something a lot of people don't expect to hear in therapy: you don't have to spend months dissecting the past before things can start to change. I help individuals through hard transitions and difficult pasts get clear on what they truly want their life to look like — and take meaningful steps to get there. Instead of asking you to spend session after session focused on what's wrong, I'm interested in helping you discover what you want instead — and what might help you move closer to it. Progress can begin with small changes, and we'll pay attention to those changes as they happen. I am Ebony Yelder, LPC. My career has taken me into many different settings, including behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, in-home therapy, and work with the Department of Defense supporting service members and their families. Each experience has shaped the way I practice today and reinforced something I continue to believe people often have more strength, resilience, and resources within them than they realize. Hello! With over 20 years in the medical field I have begun to understand the complex relationship between physical illness, life transitions, and mental well-being. Add my own personal journey through faith, anxiety, post-partum depression, and a not so perfect health ... I have a unique approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in my Christian faith. I believe that true healing and resilience begin when we know our identity and security in Christ. By understanding who we are and how deeply we are loved by Him, we build the solid foundation necessary to navigate, endure, and overcome the pressures of this world. I provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) integrated with a foundation of Christian discipleship, helping clients align their thought patterns with psychological health and biblical truth. I also believe true healing and resilience involve the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My true healing began when I also paid attention to how to best support my body physically. We will also explore how daily physical habits, such as what we eat and how we move, impact your overall well-being.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed Welcome, I’m Nubia. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care. I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness. In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life. If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you. Let’s take the first step, together. I believe in offering a space where you can simply be yourself — no performing, no shrinking, no pretending you’re okay when you’re not. The work we do together is collaborative and deeply human. It’s a space where your emotions are met with respect, your questions are taken seriously, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels steady and safe. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, relationship stress, women’s issues, and those heavy seasons where everything feels confusing or stuck. Together, we move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded connection to the version of you that’s been hard to access under the weight of it all. My approach is shaped by the years I spent navigating different backgrounds and environment of living situations. Those experiences broadened my understanding of identity, culture, and the many ways people learn to cope, survive, and make meaning. My experiences have taught me to honor the values and perspectives each person brings, and to approach every story with genuine curiosity and respect and to listen to understand and seek clarity. That awareness is woven into my work — steady, culturally attuned, and deeply aware of the complexity of individual's challenges.

I pursued my master's degree in professional counseling and my Doctorate in Christian Psychology out of my love for people who are hurting. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and people-pleasing patterns. Above all, I’m here to support your autonomy. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you uncover what’s true for you, and to equip you with the skills and confidence to move forward with clarity and strength.

Hello I hope all is well but if not I'm definitely here to lend my services to help. My name is Christian I believe the therapeutic alliance with my clients is very important component of the treatment process. I work alongside my clients to help them through life difficulties such as major life changes, anxiety, family trauma, and depression. I believe the best therapy happens through honest conversation and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while helping you build practical skills that create meaningful change. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I value authenticity and often keep an informal tone when it helps clients feel more at ease. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand what's keeping you stuck and help you discover solutions that fit your life, values, and goals. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I believe that understanding why our minds and bodies respond the way they do can make change feel less overwhelming and more achievable. I'll help you develop practical tools while offering support, encouragement, and a little perspective along the way. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I'll meet you where you are. Together, we'll identify your strengths, build resilience, and create a path forward that feels realistic and sustainable. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy, you just have to be willing to take the first step.

I help high-achieving women move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to feeling calm, confident, and in control of their lives. Many of my clients are navigating divorce, breakups, or major life transitions and are ready to rebuild, not stay in confusion or dysfunction. They’ve already made the decision to leave unhealthy relationships and are now focused on healing, identity, peace, and purpose. You’re looking for more than just a space to talk. You want practical tools, emotional support, and a results-driven approach. In therapy, we create strategies to help you manage mild anxiety, stress, overwhelm, burnout, and adjustment-related challenges, while building self-trust, boundaries, and emotional independence. I understand these transitions on a personal level. I’ve walked through divorce, burnout, and seasons of carrying it all alone. Because of that, I offer a grounded, relatable approach where you can be vulnerable and honest while still being challenged to grow. If you’re ready to step into the next chapter of your life with clarity and confidence, I’d be honored to support you.
