I am Jaclyn Ethridge, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 11 years of clinical experience and 7 years of independent licensure. I currently provide online individual therapy to adult clients experiencing anxiety and/or past trauma. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I also have experience in CBT, Mindfulness based practices, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
In the first session we will explore your concerns, assess for client/therapist fit, and make a plan for treatment moving forward.

I utilize values exploration to identify a person's core values, how they may be challenged causing distress, and how to align with core values to increase life satisfaction.
I teach mindfulness practices to assist with managing stress and increasing relaxation.

I believe she takes on difficult situations/scenarios and shine a light of reasoning behind the fog of cringy discomfort. Jaclyn seems to know what she’s talking about to the point that it allows me to be vulnerable, so I can reach a level of personal comfort.
