Hello! I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Mercer University, Atlanta, and have been practicing for six years. I love helping adults who are experiencing emotional, physical, and spiritual burnout regain their sense of peace and autonomy. In our work together, we will create a safe space for healing and improve your overall self-compassion. I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. During our sessions, I will provide a nonjudgmental space for you to explore what is keeping you stuck. I will guide you towards developing healthy coping skills, boundaries, and improved self-compassion. In sessions, I utilize shadow work, mindful self-compassion, and somatic integration. I'm also a certified yoga nidra practitioner.
In our first session together, I will create a safe and unconditional space for you to explore what is bringing you to therapy.
Having worked primarily in acute care in the past, I've cultivated a graceful approach to uncovering what is no longer serving you.

I initially sought Keri out while scrolling the different providers because I liked what she stood for. I'm gay, and I wanted someone with a lot of LGBTQ+ experience and a chill style that could still get points across to me. Keri is all of that and more! I knew from the first 5 minutes that she was a great match for me. She's super easy to talk to and great at breaking things down and giving insight without overcomplicating explanations. Definitely my go to therapist!

As I was reading bio's her's just spoke to me. I looked at several other's, but I kept being drawn back to Keri's. After my first meeting, I'm glad I selected her. She seems to be quite intuitive and in tune to my feelings/thoughts during the session. I am excited for our next session and what is to come with working with her.
