New clients continue care with this provider

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the greater Atlanta Metro area. I received my Masters from Northwestern University and have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. I work collaboratively to help adults and couples uncover their greatest strengths in pursuit of addressing conflicts and overcoming obstacles to healing and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll go over introductions, knock out some brief logistics, and I'll spend time getting to know your personal background as well as conflicts bringing you to therapy. I'll share my initial thoughts on how I see us working together to help us both determine if this could be a great fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The most consistent feedback I hear from clients is my ability to create a safe, supportive space so that they feel heard and valued as human beings, not just clients. My goal is overall progress towards your goals and we can work together to pivot if things ever feel stuck!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with young and middle aged adults who are eager to commit to self exploration in the process of achieving their goals.
