Life has a way of throwing many obstacles and there are moments we experience anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional distress; however, it is important we learn skills that will help us navigate and cope with these times of distress. I can assist you with exploring your options and finding the coping methods that works best for you, so that you are able to manage these feelings effectively. My experience includes work with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and array of concerns. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

This was only our first session together after the first consultation, this session was me talking about my life from childhood up until now which gave her insight about me. I didn’t receive much feedback but i assume this was because she needed to hear my life story but i am looking forward to our next session just to see what’s next.

Very easy to express myself to her, she’s also engaging as she’s listening. Helps with solutions and problem solving.
