I work with women and LGBTQ+ adults who are ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and start building a healthier relationship with themselves. You may find yourself questioning your worth, losing yourself in relationships or friendships, struggling to trust your own decisions, or feeling stuck in patterns you know no longer serve you. Together, we'll explore where those patterns began, strengthen your self-trust, and create lasting change rooted in emotional safety and self-respect. My approach integrates attachment-informed, trauma-focused, and evidence-based therapy with practical tools that support meaningful change beyond our sessions. I believe healing involves the whole person, recognizing the impact of relationships, trauma, nervous system regulation, physical health, hormones, and life transitions on emotional wellbeing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist, I also support clients navigating intimacy, sexuality, sexual trauma, religious shame, relationship transitions, and recovery from intimate partner violence.
In our first session we will explore what has brought you to therapy, the patterns you've noticed in your life and relationships, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. I'll ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, and goals while creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood Together, we'll begin identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create a plan that reflects your unique needs, values, and hopes for therapy.
I bring a warm, collaborative, and direct approach that balances compassion with honesty. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical—we don't just talk about change, we actively practice it. I integrate evidence-based therapy with a deep understanding of attachment, trauma, relationships, intimacy, nervous system regulation, and behavior change. Above all, I believe the relationship you have with yourself sets the standard for every other relationship in your life. My role is to help you strengthen that relationship so you can make decisions, build connections, and create a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you truly are.
My ideal clients are women and LGBTQ+ adults who are ready to stop repeating the same painful patterns and start building a healthier relationship with themselves. They may struggle with trauma, relationship difficulties, intimacy concerns, people-pleasing, low confidence, anxious attachment, or feeling like they've lost themselves while caring for everyone else. They're often insightful and self-aware, but knowing what needs to change hasn't been enough to create lasting change. They're looking for more than symptom relief—they want to understand themselves, strengthen self-trust, and build healthier relationships rooted in emotional safety and respect. They're willing to be curious, do the work between sessions, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I identify as
Trauma Informed Care
My approach to trauma-informed care recognizes that many of the patterns people struggle with today were once adaptive strategies for survival. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" we explore "How did these patterns help you survive?" Together, we build emotional safety, strengthen nervous system regulation, and develop practical skills that support lasting change. My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and grounded in evidence-based, compassionate care.

I am so grateful for Erica. I was terrified to started therapy; she welcomed me, my honesty, and wasn't overwhelmed by situation. She's nonjudgmental and extremely compassionate. After only two sessions, I am confident I will learn, heal, and grow with her guidance and support. I look forward to my long term work with her- I can't imagine having anyone else!
