With over 18 years of experience, I provide a comprehensive, evidence-based therapeutic approach for individuals facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. I have worked with adolescents, adults, families, and couples, tailoring treatment to their unique needs and fostering personal growth and long-term recovery. As the former owner of a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment facility for mental health and substance use disorders, I played a pivotal role in supporting families, conducting individual and group therapy, and ensuring clients received appropriate treatment placements. My work has extended beyond clinical practice, including serving as an expert witness for the Montgomery County Grand Jury on opioid epidemic matters and delivering mental health and addiction education to churches, synagogues, and schools. Integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) into my practice has further enhanced my ability to implement structured, evidence-based interventions for addiction, mental health conditions, and autism spectrum disorder. My goal is to make therapy an empowering experience where clients gain insight and leave each session with solutions that continue to resonate and evolve. Above all, I believe in the power of transformative therapy to facilitate healing and change. Whether guiding individuals through recovery, supporting families in crisis, or advocating for mental health awareness, my mission remains to enhance accessibility to treatment and empower individuals toward lasting well-being.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have been working with people who wanted to make some changes in their lives for more than 25 years. Together we've focused on the variety of challenges they were experiencing - depression, anxiety, family or work stressors, relational and communication issues. I also work with people who have experienced trauma, or who have chronic medical conditions, as well as those who are in a difficult situation, or who have lost someone close to them. My counseling style is conversational and interactive, and incorporates a cognitive-emotional-behavioral, solution-focused, body-based approach. We work at a speed comfortable for you, and one that respects your values, your culture and beliefs, your goals. Everyone deserves support whether they are working to make changes in their life or deal with changes they didn't choose. I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment. Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. I hope all my folks find me supportive and comforting on their journey in life. We can do this! See you soon!

Hi, I’m Jamilex (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional based in Massachusetts. I offer online therapy for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions—especially those from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities who are carrying complex stories that haven’t always felt safe to tell. My path to becoming a therapist began long before I earned my degree. Before I became a therapist, I was a young person surviving systems, silences, and scars; searching for safety, words, and meaning. My journey through abuse, family estrangement, foster care, and the military shaped not only my life, but my purpose. I know what it’s like to carry pain that feels too heavy, or too complicated, to name. That journey shaped my belief that even in silence, our stories matter. Even in pain, growth is possible.

Hello, my name is William. I have been in the field for 10 years now. I have worked in a variety of positions from Hospital settings to inpatient, to group/couples work, and the standard individual sessions. I am a sex-positive therapist who works with a wide range of issues. I work using a combination of short and long-term goals. However, I only currently work with 18+ year old individual clients. I'm not sure what exactly brought you here, but I can guess it has something to do with seeking a positive change. Perhaps this is your first-time trying therapy or you are well versed in the process. No matter the reason or experience level I would like to offer you a safe space to let those feelings out and share them in a nonjudgmental space.

Frequently asked questions

Why filter by Massachusetts rather than a city like Boston?

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in the state. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across Massachusetts from Springfield to Cape Cod! If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near you in Massachusetts.

Will my therapist take insurance?

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

How does the Specialty Filter work? Can I find a therapist that focuses on Trauma and PTSD?

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need. For example, your selected specialty, Trauma and PTSD, is filtering therapists in Massachusetts that work with patients with similar concerns.

Why use Gender, Age, and Identities filters?

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

What to expect during your first session?

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs.

Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
