I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. Hi! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker based in Massachusetts. I received my MSW degree from Simmons University and have been practicing since 2021. My clinical interests include harm reduction, PWUD, queer and transgender communities, justice-centered practice, peer mentorship, anti-capitalism, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief treatment. My goal is to support individuals in practicing reflection, accessing lasting self empowerment, and transforming their conditions.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience treating a wide variety of mental health issues including, but not limited to, addiction, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), psychosis, adjustment disorder, and PTSD. In addition to individual counseling, I am also proficient in family and couples therapy. In both individual and couples/family counseling, I work with clients to build insight and to develop a greater understanding of self in order to improve current circumstances and/or work towards identified treatment goals.
