Hello and welcome! I'm glad that you've made it here, as you may have been thinking about this for some time and have finally elected to take the leap. My name is Fabiola Lizaire. I am a seasoned therapist who has worked in various settings, from inpatient levels of care, partial programs to private practice. This has allowed me to treat individuals from various levels of care and see firsthand the importance of our day-to-day life, early childhood experiences, and adequate support. These factors can position us for success or feed into the challenges we struggle with in our daily lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our initial session, we will thoroughly explore your therapy expectations and the outcomes you aspire to achieve. This discussion aims to establish a plan, allowing us to identify how I can best provide support and guidance, helping you make the progress you are motivated to achieve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strength lies in my ability to focus on and dedicate time to viewing my clients as complete individuals. I take the time to comprehend the lives they lead, past and present, recognizing how these experiences may influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I am committed to empowering individuals by creating an environment where they feel they are the authors of their own stories.
