Hello! My name is Anna Cardoso, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Holistic Coach, and Reiki Master. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My background and speciality is women and trauma. I help women better understand their energy and emotions. I previously worked in the women’s correctional system and juvenile detention center where I integrated my approach to assist in managing trauma symptoms.
