I have worked in a variety of settings throughout the years, including inpatient, residential, and outpatient agencies. My most recent work is being a Counselor in a local middle school. I look to be the best possible guide I can be for whatever life stressors are currently going on for you. I work best with clients who are in an adjustment period in their life, have anxiety symptoms, have depression symptoms, or have a history of traumatic experiences. I work with teens, young adults, and adults.

No matter how hard we try in life, inevitably we come across unpredictable waters. Sometimes riding the waves of life can be delightful and sometimes it can be soul crushing. Thus, I seek to help high functioning adults and adolescents to "embrace uncertainty and live joyfully through the process." I hope to energize and empower you to become the best version of yourself, especially during times of adversity. I work with you to evaluate your life goals and to gain insight and clarity about factors that might influence your success.
