I Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have an additional specialty in Pain Reprocessing Therapy from The Pain Psychology Center helping clients struggling with Neuroplastic pain. I draw from a humanistic and person-centered approach to provide a personalized therapeutic experience. Working as a therapist for 15 years has allowed me the confidence and experience to help clients starting with the first session. I believe in being interactive and allowing clients the comfort and safety to make meaningful change.

Combining Cohnitice Behavioral Therapy with brain research in neuroplasticity has provided overwhelming success in helping my clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or seeking personal growth. Exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors along with how our brains wire information has proven successful in helping my clients overcome a variety of challenges.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is an excellent extension of CBT and I use this modality for clients seeking help managing their emotions and feelings more in control of their moods and reactions. This therapeutic practice helps clients with tools and organized strategies to learn skills to manage their emotions and move closer to their goals.

Psychodynamic

Utilizing components of Psychodynamic Therapy in my practice is a powerful therapy used to help my clients make deeper connections to patterns of behavior and create awareness that leads to deeper and sustainable changes.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy can be a power insight for my clients who seek to develop a healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self by understanding their attachment style and promoting a deeper awareness of how behaviors are related to their style of attachment.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This modality is powerful for clients who need a short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic approach finding solutions to identified problems. I utilize this humanistic therapy helping my clients take control of their situations. are experts on themselves and their situations. This modality is evidence-based in helping a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and coping with life changes.
