Hi, I’m Coco Wellington, a licensed mental health counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, sports performance psychology. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques to help clients challenge negative thinking patterns and build emotional resilience. With over 30 years of experience, I work with adults, including those navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and managing stress. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, and I believe that healing happens in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. In our sessions, I’ll work with you to develop strategies that will help you manage stress, build coping skills, and achieve your personal goals. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions or simply want to build stronger relationships, I’m here to guide you. I think of myself as a coach. I cannot get on the field of play but I can coach clients to perform to their best. All they have to do is be 1% better every day. In 365 days they will be 365% better

I love working with people. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious in life.
