I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping others realize their wholeness and healing through evidence based, trauma informed care. My background is in craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, and crisis intervention. I take a holistic person centered approach to therapy, which acknowledges that mental health is influenced by the interconnectedness of a person's physical health, emotional state, social connection and spiritual belief.
By exploring different aspects of their lives through a therapeutic rapport, individuals gain a deeper level of understanding themselves and are able to define the best tools to manage challenges and change while also building resilience.
I have years of experience providing trauma informed holistic care utilizing a mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy model, founded in a humanistic psychodynamic approach.
I work with adults seeking support with emotional, psychological and spiritual challenges.

Maryanne has been an incredible therapist and a steady source of support in my life. She created a safe space where I felt truly heard and understood. Through her guidance, I’ve gained strength, clarity, and confidence I didn’t think I had. Because of her, I found the courage to start swimming again. I’m deeply grateful for her care and compassion.

I enjoyed speaking with Maryanne. She heard me and made me feel that I should express my feelings without feeling the need to suppress them. She was warm and welcoming. I look forward to our next session.
