About me

I offer a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the mind/body/spirit connection. I believe that each of us already possesses the innate wisdom and strength that engenders the healing and growth needed to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life. It has been my honor to accompany clients on their journey of this self-discovery for 20+ years! I specialize in working with folks who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and chronic illness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I often pull from a variety of techniques and modalities, such as trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, relational-cultural therapy, Solution-focused, and somatic-based therapy, as I believe that each person is unique and therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help to empower individuals to get unstuck, explore positive solutions, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion and self-acceptance that leads to growth and healing as they move forward in their lives with more clarity and purpose.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with folks from all walks of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck and overwhelmed and I seek to meet them wherever their starting point is.
