I have 30 + years of experience helping a wide variety of individuals and couples to explore life challenges and re-orient their life goals in a way that increases happiness, hope, and success. I have also learned a lot from the people I have worked with. I know that you are absolutely unique. We will work together to apply skills to who you are and where you want to go.
I usually ask what brought you to therapy. From there, we will map out immediate strategies to address urgent issues and work together to apply some objectives to where you want to go with love, work, play and health.
I believe that with help and guidance, everyone has the power and patience to increase cooperation and control with our own hearts and minds. I bring patience, kindness, mindfulness, critical thinking, and years of clinical experience across several settings to help you.
I really enjoy working with individuals and couples who are looking to manage life, work, relationship and other issues. I like to complete a thorough assessment with you that examines your 'love, work, play and health', these four areas benefit from review, support and goal setting to balance your needs and wants. Life today can seem overwhelmingly stressful, but it doesn't have to be. We are made up of our experiences of the past, but that in and of itself does not define what we become. I want to help you increase stability and balance, while increasing your growth toward your true happiness.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I am a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction trainer. Mindfulness, when applied with guidance, can improve steadiness of mind, insight and reduce stress.
Faith based therapy
I have personal and professional experience working with Christian, Jewish, Buddhist and other faith practices, or if you prefer, the appreciation of nature and don't call it a faith. As human beings, we search for meaning and integration in our lives. I appreciate the opportunity to support you in this area.
