About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of Connecticut and my Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College. As a bilingual (Spanish/English) clinician, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of inpatient, outpatient and educational settings. These settings have allowed me to develop my clinical skills and approach in helping others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll focus on building connection. We’ll talk about what’s currently on your mind and what changes you’re hoping to make, without any pressure to have it all figured out. It’s a casual conversation where we’ll map out your goals and decide how we want to tackle them together. You set the pace, I'm just here to guide the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I provide a relaxed, supportive space where therapy feels more like a genuine conversation than a clinical process. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, meeting you where you are and working alongside you to help you move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. At the heart of my practice is building a strong, trusting relationship, creating a foundation where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, or the struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance. They are open-minded, ready to make meaningful changes, and seeking a collaborative space to gain clarity and growth. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through natural, organic conversations that help you identify unhelpful thought patterns without feeling like you're taking a test. Together, we'll build self-awareness around how those thoughts influence your feelings and practice gentle ways to reframe them into more supportive, balanced perspectives.
