New to Grow
I provide trauma-informed individual therapy via telehealth for adults. I work with individuals navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, helping them better understand themselves and their patterns. My approach supports clients in discovering their values, building confidence, and creating a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who they truly are, and fosters resilience and well-being.
In a first session, I create a safe, welcoming space. I ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, goals, and challenges, and we explore what brings you to therapy. My approach is curious and nonjudgmental, helping you feel seen, heard, and understood while beginning to uncover patterns and possibilities for growth.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I combine insight-oriented exploration with practical strategies to help clients understand patterns in relationships, anxiety, and self-esteem. I focus on helping adults discover their values, build confidence, and align their choices with who they truly are. Clients often leave therapy feeling more self-aware, empowered, and capable of navigating life transitions.
I work with adults who feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of who they are, and want to better understand themselves. Many of my clients are navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, and are looking to build self-confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of identity. My clients are often motivated for insight, personal growth, resilience, and well-being.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy has shaped how I understand clients beyond surface symptoms, helping me attune to underlying patterns, unconscious processes, and the impact of early relationships. In practice, I use this lens to help clients gain insight into their internal world and relational patterns, while also using the therapeutic relationship itself as a space for healing and change.
EMDR
I am trained in EMDR and thoughtfully integrate it into my work when it feels like a good fit, helping clients process trauma while maintaining a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship.
