About me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both RI & Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults; those dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, and major life transitions—including pregnancy, postpartum, career changes, relationship shifts, and academic challenges.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity to gather background information and for you to share your story. We’ll discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to achieve working together. If you're uncertain about your goals at the start, don't worry—together we’ll explore and clarify them as we move forward. With this being said, I will not push you to talk about topics or issues you are not ready to answer. My aim is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open, while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll work together to turn your goals into reality.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every person is unique and possesses inherent strengths and the capacity for growth. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, build resilience, and foster lasting change. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult moment or aiming to cultivate long-term well-being, my goal is to partner with you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Whether you're seeking support through a difficult moment or aiming to cultivate long-term well-being, my goal is to partner with clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. The ideal client would be someone who is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties or life transitions (going into college, career changes, etc.). I welcome clients that are women, BIPOC, postpartum, LGBTQIA+.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is best to help those who have negative or a false belief about themselves/situations. My aim is to work through this by teaching skills designed to change how someone thinks in order to change how they feel and behave.
