New to Grow
I work with adults who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and are ready to look honestly at what's not working in their lives. Most of the people I see are juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, or both, and have been pushing through anxiety, low mood, or chronic overwhelm for longer than they'd like to admit. The work I'm most drawn to: anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, women's issues, and the patterns that keep us stuck.
The first session is mostly about getting to know you, what's brought you, what you've already tried, and what would feel different if therapy worked. There's no pressure to walk in with it all figured out. We'll also sketch a rough plan together for what the next few sessions could focus on. Over time, my clients tend to feel more grounded and self-compassionate, more comfortable setting boundaries, and more in charge of the choices that shape their everyday lives.
My path to becoming a mental health provider has been shaped by both life experience and a deep commitment to helping others navigate difficult moments with clarity and compassion. After many years of personal and professional growth, I returned to school to pursue my Master’s in Social Work. What drew me to this work, and continues to guide me, is a deep respect for people’s resilience. I’ve seen how much can shift when someone feels truly heard and supported. In my practice, I aim to create a space where clients can pause, make sense of what they’re going through, and begin to move forward in a way that feels authentic to them.

I identify as
Psychodynamic
I believe that our past experiences, relationships, and life events can shape how we think, feel, and respond today, often in ways we don't fully realize. In therapy, we'll take time to explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. As we better understand what's been influencing your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, you'll have more freedom to make choices that feel right for you instead of feeling stuck in old habits. Our work together isn't just about managing today's challenges. It's also about gaining deeper self-understanding, building healthier relationships, and creating lasting change. I provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can talk openly, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the life you want.
Humanistic
Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make choices that align with your values and goals. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your experiences, insights, and voice guide our work together. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your abilities, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges.
