EMDR

At the core of Emily's approach is the desire to help her clients develop healthy ways of managing life's challenges. She focuses on empowering individuals to create robust coping strategies to combat anxiety and depression, overcome addiction, and improve their sleep hygiene. Emily's evidence-based approach incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to stamp out barriers to emotional well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT to address anxiety, depression and substance use disorder.

After a very bad session 15 years ago that kept me away from Therapy and Psychiatry, Emily made it very easy to talk about the things that are bothering me. She made me feel heard and was very welcoming. I look forward to speaking with her and working through my concerns with her in the future.
