I have never tried narrative therapy before, and it is everything I have been missing. Heather is so incredibly patient, warm, and open. I felt like the questions she asked on the intake form helped me to get a lot of groundwork out, and then our first session was so deep and helpful. I really recommend!

I did my initial intake with Heather, and I felt completely comfortable to share. I didn’t feel any judgment. I felt encouraged to be authentic into express everything that I needed to express about the reason for therapy and it kind of went a route that I wasn’t expecting but 100% needed I probably needed her more than I know
