As a therapist, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as people navigating trauma and chronic PTSD. I work with adults and teenagers, and I recently expanded my practice to include couples. This work is particularly meaningful to me because I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult woman myself. Receiving a late diagnosis can bring tremendous relief and understanding, while also opening the door to grief for the years spent without the support, language, or understanding you deserved. There can be an inherent trauma in being neurodivergent in a world that often asks us to adapt ourselves rather than adapting to us. Many neurodivergent people have histories of masking, shame, rejection, chronic misunderstanding, and feeling like something is fundamentally wrong with them. Therapy can be a space to unpack those experiences and develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself.
My approach is holistic and individualized. I believe that you are more than a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms, and I want to understand the whole person: your history, relationships, environment, identity, strengths, and the experiences that have shaped how you move through the world. When working with couples, I take a psychodynamic and whole-person approach. Rather than focusing solely on communication skills or the immediate conflict, we explore the deeper factors influencing the relationship—including each partner’s attachment patterns, trauma history, family and cultural upbringing, individual needs, and current environment. Understanding what each person brings into the relationship can create space for greater empathy, insight, and meaningful change.
My clients often describe me as grounding, calm, and easy to talk to. I bring authenticity and warmth so that you can show up exactly as you are - no judgment, no pressure.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, as well as couples, people struggling with anxiety, those healing from trauma, and I offer a space that is warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or just looking for someone to process life with, you're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out all by yourself.

I utilize CBT to guide patients through identifying and redirecting thought patterns to align with a more authentic and positive version of themselves.
ACT can be particularly useful for accepting that which we cannot control and shifting our focus to our own individual power to help ourselves adapt to difficult situations.
DBT can be helpful in combination with other approaches, I will utilize it to help clients pause before reacting and understand their emotions more deeply.
I believe our emotions are a connection to our soul and if ignored, can be detrimental to both our mental and physical health.
I use IFS most often with clients with trauma histories (although it can be helpful for everyone!) as it helps us to better understand the parts of ourselves that have developed as a result of traumatic experiences and how to manage them so that our more authentic self can come forward.
