I am a client-centered therapist who focuses on understanding you as a unique individual and helping you overcome your challenges as you grow. I am passionate about helping people achieve their potential and assisting them along the process. Some of my areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, autism spectrum, relationship/marital issues, grief, understanding sexuality, open/ Poly relationships, and transgender/gender non-conforming individuals.
During our first session, we will work on building our therapeutic relationship, where you will have a safe space to talk about the challenges you are currently facing. We will go over informed consent and create goals to help you overcome your challenges and provide you with growth and success.
It is easy to point a finger at what is wrong. But we all have a story. My greatest strength is to help you share your story, help you identify your strengths, and assist you along the process.
